WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR SERVICES?
Unless you have just ordered a drop-off ONLY, our service include full set up, onsite chef, and clean up.  We also assist in all catering planning by one of our experienced chefs. Other arrangements may be requested if desired.

WHAT DO WE CHARGE AND WHY?
Our prices are based strictly on your menu selections.  We include a service fee of 30%* and local sales tax of 9%.  The service fee covers our labor and travel expenses.  This IS NOT an automatic gratuity for any of our staff.  If we are required to provide additional staff support (servers, cooks, bartenders, etc...) or rental items this will be reflected in separate columns on your invoice.  We DO NOT handle any facility fees through our company.  We will assist you in finding or communicating with your desired venue, but do not handle their fees.  

* Drop-off/ Delivery ONLY events will have a 15% service fee

CAN WE DO CUSTOM MENUS?
Absolutely!  We pride ourselves in making each event unique and memorable for every client & guest!  We typically do not have set package menus, but can custom design one for especially for your event.  We have a list of commonly requested favorites to choose from or we can make practically ANYTHING you desire!  During the planning process we will walk you through any portion you need assistance. Collectively, our chefs have seen it all! 
 
DO WE REQUIRE A MINIMUM GUEST COUNT?
We DO NOT require a minimum count for any event.  During chef consultation for each event, we will advice what will be the most budget minded menus for your desired amount of guests. 

WHERE CAN WE CATER?
Anywhere!  Keep in mind, depending on your venue and location we may limit your menu options due to facility restrictions. Also, depending on increased travel from the Tulsa or Northeastern OK we may be required to increase our service fee to cover travel expenses. 

CAN WE ACCOMMODATE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUESTS?
Absolutely.  We will try our best to accommodate your needs, but we need advanced notice.  

HOW LATE CAN YOU PLACE A CATERING ORDER?
We ask for at least 5 days notice with an immediate deposit when order is placed.  If you are in a time crunch we can possibly work with you, just give us a call! 

WHAT KIND OF EVENTS WE CATER?
Any and all.  We can do drop off all the way to white table cloth, fine dining.  There are practically no restrictions on our service style.
 
WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU HAVE UN-RSVP'D GUESTS ATTEND?
We include approximately 5 more guests to your total count.  This expense is automatically included in your charges.  This insures each of your guests are satisfied, including those few unexpected friends!  If you have a significant increase in your total guest count, we require a 48 hour advance notice in order to make your event successful. 

DO WE DO CAKES, ALSO?
Yes.  We do offer cake services for any event.  If you choose to have a cake delivered by another service, we will include a cake-cutting fee to your invoice unless they have a representative there to cut and serve. 

WHAT METHODS OF PAYMENTS DO WE ACCEPT?
Cash or Checks. Major Credit Cards through Square Card Merchants.  An additional service charge will be added to ALL credit card purchases through Square.

WHAT DO WE PROVIDE?
We provide all paper/plastic products for service at no charge.  We also provide all items needed for actual food service on buffet lines (chafer warmers, serving utensils).  If you wish to have real plate ware/ flatware/ glassware/ linens/ cloth napkins you will need to make rental arrangements through a 3rd party company.  However, we do allow the client to acquire the rental items through their own preferred company.  This will be discussed during the chef consultation/ planning process.
